Delegates Pinson and Hanshaw (Mr. Speaker)  moved to amend the committee substitute on page 1, section 24a, line 16, by striking the word “the” following the word “re-employ” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “a”.

And,

On page 1, section 24a, line 16, by striking the words “has fewer than five deputies in his or her employ and” after the word “member”.

And,

One page 2, section 24a, after line 24, by inserting a new subsection (c) to read as follows:

“(c) Any retired member who is seeking re-employment pursuant to the provisions of this section shall not be subject to the maximum age restriction set forth in §7-14-8 of this code.”
